We’re Jello. We run paid social for a small group of brands we actually believe in. We’re a Meta and Google Premier Partner, and we’ve put more than $50M through ad accounts learning what makes people stop, click, and convert. We work with only a few partners at a time, so every campaign has to perform.
You’ll own the full Meta side of your accounts, setup included. But our workflow keeps the technical side light, so most of your time goes where results are actually made: strategy and creative. Deciding what to say, to whom and in what format, and turning performance into the next winning ad, is the core of this job.
What you’ll do
– Set the strategy for each account: offer angle, audience logic, funnel, and what success looks like against a real target
– Own creative direction: write angles and hooks, brief the design team, and decide which concepts and formats go into testing
– Read performance and make the calls on what to kill, what to scale and what to test next
– Handle campaign setup and launches through a streamlined workflow that keeps the technical side quick
– Work across different funnels: B2B lead gen for high-ticket offers, demo bookings, and conversion campaigns on fixed-date launches
– Hit hard numbers on tight timelines: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS against real revenue
– Spot what’s costing money before it shows in the results: tracking gaps, landing page friction, creative fatigue
Who we’re looking for
– Several years running Meta for performance, with serious spend behind you (tell us the monthly budgets you’ve managed)
– Strong creative instinct backed by numbers: you can explain why an ad worked, not just that it did
– A track record with lead-gen and conversion campaigns; high-ticket or B2B is a big plus
– Solid technical Meta foundations, but your real value is in strategy and creative, not ad set builds
– Current: you know what’s working on Meta right now, not what worked in 2023
– Self-directed enough to own an account’s direction without day-to-day management
– Fluent English
– Working within European (GMT–CET) hours
Nice to have
– Italian, as much of our current work is in the Italian market
– Experience with time-sensitive launches where the deadline doesn’t move
– Hands-on use of AI creative tools, or experience working with an AI-native creative pipeline that tests more, faster
What you get
The role is fully remote and part-time, with flexible hours you manage yourself and workload-based pay that scales with the projects. Our setup keeps the repetitive work to a minimum, so you spend your hours on the thinking that moves results. Our marketing manager supports you closely, so you’re not starting from scratch or working alone. It’s a lean team, so your calls ship fast and you see the impact directly.
