You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our retention-focused email marketing efforts using Klaviyo. In this part-time role, your primary goal will be to improve retention rate and increase customer lifetime value for our app users through effective email campaigns and automated flows. Your role includes creating and refining email sequences (e.g. welcome series, re-engagement campaigns), segmenting our user base for targeted messaging and continually improving performance through data-driven insights. This position requires a proactive approach and an ownership mentality - you’ll have the autonomy to lead email retention initiatives from planning to execution and ensure they deliver measurable results.
