Forwarding and Logistics Sales Specialist / PMO (m/f/d) - Japanese Speaker

Our client is an internationally active provider of logistics and supply chain solutions and is looking for a motivated Forwarding and Logistics Sales Specialist / PMO (m/f/d) to strengthen its sales team. In this role, you will take on both sales and operational responsibilities, supporting international transport solutions from quotation through to successful completion. With your communication and organisational skills, you will play an active role in developing customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of logistics projects.

• Prepare quotations and obtain quotations from business partners
• Support new business development and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international transport by road, air, and sea
• Prepare and process shipping, customs, and transport documentation
• Support customers and business partners throughout the entire transport process, from booking through to invoicing
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events while maintaining and expanding the professional network
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate claims management

• Native Japanese and English language skills required; German is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support within the logistics industry
