WHY itr8?
Itr8 is a boutique consultancy for organisational development, focused on agile transformation and product innovation. We are consultants, coaches, designers, product managers, developers, trainers and facilitators.
We help organizations to transform so that their business generates more value for customers, employees and society. We do this by guiding organizations through an iterative process of continuous testing & learning and creating an agile culture that enables customer-centric value creation.
Who we are and what we believe in
Co-Creation: We develop (change) strategies in collaboration with and for the people inside the client's organization.
Context matters: Every organization comes with a unique culture, history and needs and requires a different strategy for successful change.
System Thinking: We experiment with iterative small changes and measure our outcomes before deciding on next steps. Inspection and adaptation over blindly following the plan
Sustainability: We want to equip our clients with a solid set of tools to continuously improve their organisation
