Tasks
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, experienced across APO, CSM and ITSM, to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise-level implementations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to shape scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform best practices.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Experience: 6+ years
- Architect / Tech Lead Experience: 3+ years
- CMDB & ITOM Discovery
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- IRM / GRC modules (risk, compliance)
- CSM module (customer workflows)
- Proven ability to define architecture, roadmaps, and solution frameworks.
- Strong understanding of platform integrations, data models, and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (including international teams).

Way of working: Remote – with 2–3 hours daily overlap with US business hours
