Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead and evolve digital products for our clients.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, and requires hands-on experience working with development teams while collaborating closely with QA, UX, and business stakeholders. The Product Manager will be responsible for product vision, execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational logistics needs.

Own and drive the product roadmap.

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional development team, working closely with engineers.

Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, development, QA, and UX teams.

Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

Define, track, and report on OKRs and KPIs, ensuring measurable product outcomes.

Oversee delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

Use Jira and the Atlassian suite to manage backlog, user stories, epics, and documentation.

Collaborate with BI and analytics teams on dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Validate APIs and integrations using Postman.

Ensure alignment with logistics processes such as supply chain flows, warehousing, transportation, and operations.

Continuously benchmark & identify opportunities for product optimization and scalability.

Product & Delivery

• Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Experience defining and managing OKRs, KPIs, and product metrics.
• Comfortable working with multinational clients and complex stakeholder environments.

Technical Background

• Solid technical foundation in software development (hands-on coding not required).
• Experience working closely with developers and understanding backend architectures.
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations, with practical experience using Postman.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL / relational databases).
• Good understanding of development concepts (the PM will not develop but must be able to review and challenge solutions).

Tools & Platforms

• Strong experience with Jira and the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira Software, etc.).
• Experience with dashboarding and BI tools for analytics and reporting.
• Comfortable working with collaboration and documentation tools in distributed teams.

Salary above market range, commensurate with experience and seniority.

Flexible engagement model: freelance or permanent Spanish contract.

Hybrid working model: 2–3 days onsite in Blanes, remaining days remote.

High level of ownership and impact on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
