We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN to support the MANAGEMENT OF THE R&D DEPARTMENT. At IQUADRAT, you will join a young and dynamic team, collaborating closely with technical staff.
Under the supervision of the EUROPEAN PROJECTS MANAGER, your main responsibilities will be:
● Opening and closing the office from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
● Assisting with personnel/HR management tasks.
● Booking and managing travel arrangements for the department.
● Handling incoming and outgoing email correspondence between the department and project partners.
● Updating content on the department and project websites.
● Providing administrative and operational support for the daily activities of the R&D Department.
● Managing documentation, files, emails, and internal records (using Microsoft Office and Teams).
● Coordinating schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks.
● Preparing basic reports and keeping administrative information up to date.
● Collaborating with different departments to ensure the efficiency of internal processes.
University Degree or Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior) in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or similar.
● Minimum English level: B2 (written and spoken).
● Proficiency in IT tools and office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
● Previous experience in administrative roles will be valued; a minimum of 1 year is desired.
● Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period.
● Schedule: Monday to Friday (on-site/in-office) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break).

● Salary: €25,000 - €27,000 gross per year (approximately €1,500 - €1,700 net per month, split into 12 payments).
