You will lead and coach the cross-organizational process improvement communities to design, develop and deliver processes, methods and tools/features which helps customer care organisations to continuously improve their productivity and to enable creativity and new ways of working.  

* You develop, optimise and bear responsibility for customer service processes. You systematically analyse these processes with the goal of increasing quality , customer experience and agent workflows.
* You initiate measures for the further development of the support processes accordingly and assuming the function of a technical counterpart in cross-functional projects.
* The documentation and creation of requirements documents is an important part of your responsibility.
* You are a valued contact person in questions of quality improvement and process optimization in your own as well as in adjacent areas.

## Qualifications

We are looking for a well organized, versatile, and extravert communicator with an agile mindset, in short, a black belt end-to-end thinker. 

* Between 3-5 years of experience as process manager.
* Fluent English and German language skills
* In-depth knowledge in customer care units and/or supporting products/services.
* You have experience in process optimization, process-related project management, quality management and process modeling. Six Sigma and BPMN knowledge is preferred.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a working knowledge of state-of-the-art systems and tool chains.
