## Tasks

- Operate our platforms and ensure resilience and performance at scale by fully leveraging the stack.
- Maintaining and scaling our platform infrastructure and delivering our core revenue-critical services and applications in a fast, stable, resilient, and available manner.
- Automating and building automated systems.
- Resolving issues due to our business size and ensuring the same mistakes don't happen twice, as well as automating operational tasks.
- Work closely with software developers to influence and create new designs, architectures, and standards, and provide expert advice to technical teams to build resilient, scalable, and efficient services.
- Create and drive product maturity reports and post-mortem analyses.
- Participate in software performance analysis and system tuning.
- You help  other DevOps team to make existing services SRE-ready or developing new features, by defining SLIs/SLOs/Error Budgets including required metrics and deployment/rollback mechanisms


## Requirements

- You have several years of experience with Prometheus, Ansible, Python and Go.
- You have scientific based software development approach based on metrics.
- You have experience how to identify and place these to enhance the quality of code going into production.
- You have strong background in automation, especially regarding software deployment (CI/CD).
- You have experience in creating PostMortems and strong communication skills to discuss with stakeholders.
