🎯 The Mission

Build and operate an AI-driven content engine that produces high-quality, consistent, and strategic content for:

• LinkedIn (founder-led thought leadership)
• Instagram (startup + behind-the-scenes + education)
• Blog / Landing pages (SEO + authority building)

This is not a “design some posts” role.

This is a build-the-system-from-scratch role.

🔧 What You Will Actually Do

• Design a content pipeline (idea → research → AI draft → human refinement → publish → measure → optimize)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.)
• Experiment with AI agents for:
• Blog generation
• Repurposing content across platforms
• SEO research automation
• Trend scanning
• Create structured content calendars
• Turn founder insights into high-performing posts
• Build reusable content frameworks
• Analyze metrics and optimize systematically

You will not be “just executing.”

You will be designing the machine.

🧠 Who You Are

You are someone who:

• Is obsessed with AI tools and workflows
• Has experimented with GPTs, agents, automations
• Understands how to prompt properly
• Thinks in systems, not single posts
• Is curious about startups, SaaS, AI

• Understand SEO basics
