About IntervAI

We're an early-stage startup based in Vienna, building an AI-powered platform to automate early-stage recruiting. Our mission is to make hiring faster, fairer, and more inclusive — starting with resume screening and first interviews, all powered by AI agents.

We're now growing into the DACH region and looking for a part-time Junior Sales & Marketing teammate to support our outreach and growth.

What you’ll do

• Support outreach and lead generation in the DACH market
• Help localize content (emails, landing pages, posts)
• Engage with users and gather feedback
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and pilot onboarding

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in German and English
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in tech, HR, or startups
• Hands-on, reliable, and proactive
• Available ~10–15 hrs/week, flexible setup
