Founders Associate (m/f/x)

Full Ownership - Direct Founder Access.

We're not looking for someone to "support" the founders. We're looking for someone who thinks like one.

At Interactive Paper, we turn physical touchpoints into interactive digital experiences via NFC - already trusted by 800+ brands including Google, Pfizer, Oracle, EY, and Samsung. As Founders Associate, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Co-CEOs across sales, operations, accounting, and people - taking on real problems with real stakes as we scale from early enterprise traction into our next growth phase.

• Operations, Accounting & Coordination (~30%): Coordinate day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping with our external tax advisor, oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll coordination, and keep the team's schedules, tools, and processes running smoothly
• People & Team Support (~20%): Support hiring and onboarding, coordinate internal communication, and act as the go-to point of contact for the team on day-to-day logistics
• Strategic Support (~20%): Work directly with the Co-CEOs on strategic priorities, from investor updates and board materials to pricing and growth decisions
• Enterprise Sales & Vendor Ops (~20%): Support enterprise sales processes, client research, and proposals, plus vendor and compliance work such as contracts and data processing agreements
• Shape Your Future Role (~10%): As we grow, help define what this role becomes - specialize into finance, people, ops, or sales, or grow toward a leadership seat as the company scales

• Extremely well organised: you keep track of many moving pieces at once, plan ahead, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Comfortable with numbers and structure - experience with accounting, invoicing, or bookkeeping is a strong plus
• A natural coordinator: you're the person others rely on to keep people, deadlines, and information aligned
• Excellent written and verbal English and German
• Full ownership mentality: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks, and you don't wait to be told what's next
• Based in or willing to relocate to Vienna, Austria

• €45.000-€60.000 gross/year, based on qualification and experience
• Bonus between €5.000 - €30.000 gross/year
