As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team.

We’re seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in **C# (.NET Core)** and **React**, and a working knowledge of **FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)** standards. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing cloud-native applications that integrate modern frontend interfaces with robust backend services.

## Tasks

*   Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core.
*   Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React and Ant Design (Antd).
*   Work with PostgreSQL databases to manage and query healthcare data effectively.
*   Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to AWS cloud infrastructure.
*   Integrate and optimize healthcare APIs following FHIR standards.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub for source control and code reviews.

## Requirements

*   Proficient in **C#** and **.NET Core**.
*   Strong frontend experience with **React** and **Antd**.
*   Experience working with **FHIR APIs** and standards.
*   Solid knowledge of **PostgreSQL** and relational database design.
*   Familiarity with **AWS** cloud services and **Docker** containers.
*   Experience with version control systems, especially **GitHub**.
*   **English proficiency at B2/C1 level** – capable of clear and effective communication in both spoken and written form.
*   Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

**Good to Have:**

*   Prior experience in healthcare or healthtech environments.
*   CI/CD pipeline experience.
*   Unit and integration testing frameworks.
