Interactivated Solutions is looking for an experienced **Lead Fullstack Developer** to join one of our international clients — a well-established European organization that hosts large-scale public events across the continent.

This is a foundational, long-term role: you will be the first member of the engineering team, responsible for architecting a new platform from scratch, then growing and leading the development team over time.

## Tasks

*   Architect and develop a modern platform to support high-volume operations and user interactions across Europe.
*   Make key decisions about stack, scalability, performance, and reliability.
*   Collaborate directly with business and product stakeholders.
*   Build the initial MVP and lead the development of core features.
*   Hire and lead a small, high-performing engineering team in the near future.
*   Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

## Requirements

*   **Proven experience building and scaling fullstack web applications.**
*   **Prior experience in leading or mentoring developers.**
*   **Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.**
*   Excellent communication skills and comfort in a remote, async-first environment.
*   Location in Europe or significant overlap with CET time zone preferred. 

**You should be confident working with:**

*   **Node.js (Nest.js or Express)**
*   **React**
*   **MySQL / PostgreSQL**
*   **Supabase**
*   **AI development tools like Cursor, Jules, ClaudeCode or similar Git-based workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines**

*   English at B2/C1 level is a must
*   **A recent photograph is a mandatory part of the application process and must be included in your CV** . Applications without a photo will not be considered or moved forward.
