As a Project Implementation Manager, you will assist project leads in delivering Quality Risk Management (QRM) solutions from kick-off to go-live.
Tasks
- Project implementation support
Support Project leads and implements projects for our Quality Risk Management (QRM) solutions, from kick-off to go-live, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met - Stakeholder Communication
Assisst Project leads in communication loops between clients, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders, translating project lead’s business and technical goals into actionable tasks - Project Implementation
Ensure customers are engaged, informed, and empowered throughout the implementation process; identify risks early and act proactively to maintain a strong partnership - Process & Tool Management
Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or other similar platforms to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and communicate effectively across departments - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with our QRM consultants and project leads to align delivery timelines with customer requirements and regulatory expectations - Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in implementation processes and propose solutions to increase speed, clarity, or customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage both executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- A bachelor’s degree and any relevant experience in project management, program delivery, or implementation are a plus
- Interested in understanding project lifecycle, agile delivery, and change management practices
- Detail-oriented and eager to step into the pharmaceutical industry to learn about the full drug development and manufacturing cycle
- Proactive mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you flag risks early, offer solutions, and move projects forward
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools is a strong plus
