The Role

We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytically brilliant Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo. This isn't a role for fluff or vanity metrics; you will be digging into hard data, finding root causes, and directly impacting our clients' bottom lines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse complex data sets to identify growth bottlenecks and commercial opportunities for 7 and 8-figure ecommerce stores.
• Campaign Architecture: Build, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retention channels.
• Commercial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating performance data clearly and translating technical metrics into business ROI.
• Managed Channels: Google Ads (70%), Microsoft Ads (10%), Meta Ads (10%), Klaviyo (10%)
• Continuous Testing: Run rigorous A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to squeeze maximum efficiency out of ad spend.

You will regularly work with and master:

• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax & Demand Gen)
• Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
• Meta Ads (Prospecting & Retargeting)
• Klaviyo (Flows, Email & SMS)
• Advanced Google Analytics (GA4) & Data Studio

The Essentials (About You)

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of commercial e-commerce performance marketing experience (preferably agency-side).
• Education: A degree in a quantitative, analytical, or STEM subject is essential (e.g. Economics, Data Science, Maths, Science, Computing, or highly analytical Business/Marketing degrees).
• Certification: Active Google Ads Certification is mandatory.
• Numerically Strong: You have a strong commercial acumen and high attention to detail. You live in spreadsheets, GA4, ad platform analytics, and you love data storytelling.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: You are highly comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (e.g. Gemini Pro, Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Business) to optimise your daily productivity and output.
• Communication: Strong presentational and client communication skills are essential.
• Location & Compliance: Candidates must be physically based in the UK and hold the right to work without restriction.
