We are seeking dynamic and analytical professionals to join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist. This hybrid role combines the strategic aspects of growth marketing with the technical expertise of AI applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AI-driven marketing strategies, capable of integrating AI tools into marketing campaigns, and developing automations to optimize performane.

• AI Tool Exploration & Experimentation: Research, test, and implement AI tools to optimize campaign performance and enhance user experience.

• Omnichannel Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital platforms to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with tech teams to develop and execute growth strategies that align with business objectives.

• Campaign Performance Management: Oversee the technical aspects of campaign performance, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics (Google Ads, META Ads, Tik Tok Ads)
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio).
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Good to Have: A foundational understanding of coding and software development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with technical teams.
