You will have a main role in bringing our product to the next level.
Our teams in our Munich headquarters and in Cluj are looking forward to meeting you.
Aufgaben
You will be will be responsible for building and managing the infrastructure that supports our software applications and services. This role requires expertise in cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, and secure.
You will be implementing and ensuring efficient/performant workflows & delivering new features, across the stack (frontend and backend), and taking proactive standing in technically designing new solutions.
You will be efficiently collaborating with Developers, POs, Designers, and Customer support (around 20 people) in an environment of continuous delivery of a high-quality product.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ...
- Ensure performant, cost-efficient, and secure operation of the production environment (currently: AWS managed by Terraform)
- Maintain backup services & practice disaster recovery scenarios
- Assist & resolve critical service degradations
- Provide the internal teams with well-maintained tooling (currently: servers/k8s deployments managed by Ansible)
- Ensure the CI/CD pipeline runs stable for feature teams to work efficiently
- Build data-connected workflows to support the Datadriven work mode of departments
- Develop the CI/CD pipeline’s QA Automation
- Guide team with best practices
- Work onsite in our Munich Headquarters for at least 3 days a week and 2 days max. in the home office
Qualifikation
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE DONE ...
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer having worked with backend technologies such as Java/Typescript (preferred) or C# , Python etc.
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). and understanding of QA automation principles and can apply them to assist the team
- with high-quality feature delivery
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Experience with "data migrations" / ETL processes / Datalakes
You are speaking both German (B2+) and English (C1+) either on a native or bilingual speaker level or with full professional proficiency (cross-border team communication) and are willing to work in an international team
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience working at a startup is a big plus
- Experience and passion for solving complex performance issues that involve
