We are looking for a **passionate and motivated Sales Manager for New Business Development**, who will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities in the international market.

We are looking **immediately** for our team in **Berlin.**

## Tasks

*   Achieving growth by hunting and acquiring new business clients based on an objective business plan
*   Working closely with our sales leadership to build out strong positions in the largest media groups & brands
*   Research, Cold Calling, Emailing and reaching out to new clients
*   Heavy emphasis on outbound & commitment to “action” to establish IMAGO further in creative & corporate
*   Significant relationship building through outbound activity and networking
*   Participate in the wider growth from a strategic market, product & revenue point of view

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**

*   New Revenue. Early wins into new clients & sustained growth into existing accounts
*   Lead Generation & Acquisition of potential clients in the new market
*   Breakthrough levels of outbound activity
*   A convincing plan for vertical growth over 24 months
*   Positive, collaborative relationships & great communication with all IMAGO stakeholders

## Requirements

*   You are eager to win and have a passion for establishing new relationships
*   Interest in visual content, media, brand or sports topics
*   Experiences in the full sales cycle; from identifying new clients until the closure of a contract is a plus
*   Desire to build something new and deliver growth
*   Fluent English skills
