The Opportunity
We’re looking for a sports-enthusiast, bilingual (German/English) marketer who can craft compelling sales decks, drive high-quality marketing collaborations and produce crisp copy that elevates our brand and fills the pipeline. You’ll blend strategy with hands-on execution - balancing outreach, development of collaborations, content creation and presentation design.
We have an office-first culture and are looking for someone who joins us in our office in the heart of Berlin.

Tasks

Sales Enablement

Create high-impact, design-forward sales decks for client presentations (case studies, proposals, media kits) in close collaboration with Sales Managers to align on goals, objections and proof points

Tailor messaging and visuals by audience; ensure brand consistency and clear value articulation

Apply strong visual sensibility to layout, typography and asset selection

Brand Partnerships

Identify, pitch and close new collaborations with brands, media and influencers to elevate brand perception and followers on social channels and generate qualified leads

Manage a collaboration pipeline and coordinate co-branded campaigns and activations with external collaborators aligned to the internal marketing calendar

Content Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Write clear, persuasive copy across sales materials, landing pages, campaigns, emails and social posts

Translate complex offerings into benefits-focused messaging in both German and English

Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Content and Product Team to gather insights, iterate quickly on materials and ensure feedback loops that improve win rates and time-to-value

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in marketing, collaborations/business development, sales enablement, or related roles (agency or brand-side); B2B experience is a strong plus

Strong interest in sports culture, leagues, events and fan communities (especially soccer), but also open to work selectively on non-sports editorial topics (news, entertainment)

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); able to craft native-quality copy in both

Proven experience creating compelling sales decks and client-facing presentations

Demonstrated copywriting ability - headlines, short-form and long-form

Good design sense; proficiency with presentation/design tools (e.g., Figma, Pitch, Canva; Adobe CC is a plus).

Comfortable with outreach, pitching and relationship management for marketing-led collaborations; CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot)

Nice to Have

Experience in sports marketing, media, sponsorships or creator collaborations.

Understanding of performance marketing metrics and lead-gen funnels.

Basic analytics skills (UTM tracking, dashboards, reporting).

Benefits

A modern workplace in the heart of Berlin

Public transportation ticket

Monthly budget to spend in an area of your liking, incl. Health (Urban Sports and others), Learning, Travelling, etc.

Company pension scheme
