QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Raw Materials Support Specialist to join the QA Supplier Management team supporting the client's site. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), ensuring supplier changes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in a compliant and controlled manner.

You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and utilize systems such as SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems to ensure GMP-compliant change management processes.

Your Tasks:

• Review, assess, and coordinate Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) from suppliers
• Ensure appropriate impact assessments are completed with relevant stakeholders and departments
• Track, document, and manage VCNs according to GMP requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations
• Drive timely implementation of actions, system updates, and required documentation changes
• Work across systems including SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems
• Collaborate with QA, Supply Chain, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support compliant supplier management activities

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar QA, Supplier Management, Change Control, or GMP support role
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations, quality systems, and change control processes
• Extensive hands-on experience with TrackWise
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluent English (German is considered a strong advantage)
