DSP MSAT Process Expert

Join our client's dynamic and innovative team as a Process Expert MSAT – Upstream (USP) or Downstream (DSP), where you will be responsible for leading cross-functional technology transfer projects and ensuring the successful scale-up and implementation of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. As a key interface between development and operations, you will oversee process execution, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract until the end of the year with possibility of extenssion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology transfer projects from process design to full-scale manufacturing.

• Serve as the primary liaison between process development teams, customers, and manufacturing operations to ensure process scalability and readiness.

• Provide on-the-floor support during production campaigns, including daily updates, batch monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Drive resolution of process deviations, change requests, and material change implementations.

• Prepare and review comprehensive campaign documentation and reports.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development (mammalian systems preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of GMP and bioprocess technology (USP and/or DSP).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
