## About the Role

Interested in working with the leading clients in the automotive and mobility sector? 3D and Motion Designers at icon in car use their unique skills to bring our designs to life. They add aspects of space and time, and are tasked with giving the user experience an emotional component. In early design phases, they lend a hand using their comprehensive know-how in 3D rendering and animation. ## Responsibilities

* Comprehensive design know-how that reaches beyond 3D and motion design
* Able to lead and mentor a team of junior designers
* Create and define various design ideas using moodboards, mood animations, and short key transitions
* Collaborate with visual designers to create 3D scenes and compositions
* Define interactive features for interfaces (transitions and animations) in 2D and 3D
* Work together with information architects to create overarching UX concepts
* Compose real-time capable 3D scenes
* Build interactive prototypes where required
* Create and design presentations
* Be convincing in client presentations and discussions
* Support and improve internal processes and workflows
* Enjoy national and international travel
* Actively contribute to our company culture, to mutual exchanges and inspiration, as well as to iconmobile’s overarching ‘thought leadership program’

## Qualifications

____Qualifications:__

* Degree in design or comparable vocational training
* Extensive experience designing for various platforms
* Digital native and a real “doer” who’s familiar with and helps drive the latest design trends
* Analytical thinking in a broad and detailed sense
* Structured way of working, even with multiple projects running in parallel
* Expert in Adobe CC Suite
* Experience working with one or more 3D tools, e.g. Cinema 4D and/or motion design know-how, e.g. After Effects
* Knowledge of prototyping tools, usability testing and user research is a really big plus
