Accountant (F/M/D)
based in Gdańsk - Poland
Your Mission
As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of our financial processes.
You will work closely with our Finance Manager and operational teams, supporting daily accounting tasks, month-end closing, and customer account management.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Monitoring and recording customer receivables.
- Monitoring timely payments and conducting debt collection activities.
- Cash Flow controlling
- EuroFactor processing
- Reconciling customer account balances and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing reports on receivables and AR indicators.
- Collaborating with clients and internal departments.
- Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Ensuring process compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
Your Profile
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with SAP systems is a plus
- High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (mandatory)
