Accountant (F/M/D)

based in Gdańsk - Poland

Your Mission

As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of our financial processes.
You will work closely with our Finance Manager and operational teams, supporting daily accounting tasks, month-end closing, and customer account management.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and recording customer receivables.
  • Monitoring timely payments and conducting debt collection activities.
  • Cash Flow controlling
  • EuroFactor processing
  • Reconciling customer account balances and resolving discrepancies.
  • Preparing reports on receivables and AR indicators.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal departments.
  • Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring process compliance with applicable procedures and standards.

Your Profile

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with SAP systems is a plus
  • High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English (mandatory)
