About hyrise
hyrise is a mission-driven company with a clear purpose: we believe everybody should be empowered to pursue a career they love, and we're working hard to make it happen.
Through hyriseTraining, we're building Europe's most effective sales training system, helping B2B SaaS scale-ups and grown-ups across DACH turn their sales teams into consistent top performers.

We build continuous, data-driven, and personalized training programs that target our clients' actual KPIs and continuously adapt as their needs evolve, rather than relying on one-off workshops.

We work with a network of 30+ experienced SaaS sales trainers who deliver practical, role-specific training, from SDR to Senior Sales Leadership, and drive measurable results (on average +31% quota attainment, 2.3x faster ramp-up).

We are 100% remote and funded by reputable business angels. To date, we've trained 700+ salespeople across DACH, with clients reporting a satisfaction score of 4.78/5.

Tasks

About the role
We're looking for someone to take over training mandates to help SaaS / AI sales talent become better at their jobs. Our training focuses on different use cases, along the entire revenue process, be it adopting a better outbound motion, improving value selling via better discovery, moving to enterprise, leadership enablement and many more.
Mandates typically run for 12 months, though some run for 6, with 1-2 training sessions per month. Each mandate combines assessments and training: you'll meet participants 1-2 times a month through a mix of group sessions and 1:1s.
Our best practices and guidelines of the hyrise approach have been documented in a playbook that you can use to help your trainees reach their full potential.
Your Responsibilities

Conduct individual as well as group live training sessions (workshops) on sales-specific topics along the entire sales funnel.

Review and give feedback on training participants' work such as how they run discovery calls, organize themselves, prepare for meetings, run demos, and conduct deal reviews.

Share best practices from your own experience.

Objectively evaluate each training participant.

Proactively participate in content creation/adaptation to individual needs

Closely communicate with our Academy operations team as well as company contacts on the learning progress of training participants.

Requirements

Expert in Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales (+ 5 years) in SaaS. You have experience managing the full sales cycle in a complex SaaS environment in a high-growth company.

Experience in sales training/coaching. Either from working as a trainer/coach or from leading a team of individual contributors.

Hungry to learn and curious to grow. We're looking for attitude. If you get up in the morning feeling positive, ready to hustle, and excited to face new challenges - we want you on our team.

Process-driven and extremely organized. You prioritize tasks and take an analytical approach to solve any kind of problem. You have high attention to detail and execute to a high standard.

Passionate about people. We're in this to change people's lives. We want people that are genuinely interested in people and their stories.

Sense of ownership. Once you commit, you adopt full ownership of a project or task. You feel responsible for not just those tasks which you directly control, but for all those that affect whether or not your mission is successful.

Availability. Once you take on a mandate, you can commit at least 3 hours every two weeks, the minimum needed for group training formats.

Fluent in German and English.

Benefits

Work from anywhere. You're free to work from anywhere in the world.

Mission focus. We truly care about people and their stories. Enabling them to find a career they love is incredibly rewarding and something that makes us get up every day!

Experienced founding team that has successfully built digital companies before.
