## Tasks

💼 **What You’ll Be Doing**

We're seeking a proactive and curious **Talent Acquisition Intern or Working Student** to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts, engaging with candidates through our inbound channels to build a strong talent pipeline for our partner companies.

You will be the initial point of contact for candidates who have applied. Your goal will be to assess their potential, inspire them for a career in tech sales, and prepare them for interviews with our hiring partners.

*   **Candidate Engagement:** Serve as the initial point of contact for applicants, assessing their potential and inspiring them towards a career in tech sales.
*   **Collaboration:** Work closely with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and generate qualified meetings. Collaborate with the B2B sales team to communicate relevant company and job information.
*   **Pipeline Management:** Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
*   **Process Optimization:** Incorporate feedback from candidates to continuously improve the candidate journey. Experiment with new candidate acquisition approaches in collaboration with the marketing team.
*   **Data-Driven Approach:** Leverage data, AI, and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

## Requirements

🎯 **What We’re Looking For**

*   **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in German and English (Native or Bilingual).
*   **Educational Background:** Currently enrolled as a student. All backgrounds are welcome.
*   **Skills & Attributes:** Curious, proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting with people. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*   **Technical Skills:** Experience with remote communication tools like Gmail, Calendar, Slack is beneficial.
*   **Experience:** Previous experience in Recruiting / HR is advantageous.
*   **Availability:** Minimum commitment of 6 months; 1 year preferred
