Operations (Tech Startup)

HydroNeo is a fast-growing international startup revolutionizing the global aquaculture industry through smart farming technology. As the market leader in Thailand, we are transforming our Smart Farm Management System into the HydroNeo Aquaculture Super App — backed by strong Thai and international investors, BOI support, and an international team of 30+ people.

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Staff member to be the backbone of our Bangkok hub. This isn’t a
"sit-behind-a-desk-all-day" kind of role it’s where the physical meets the digital.

You will be the vital link between our technology and our customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Operation, you’ll ensure our hardware is tested, packed, and shipped with precision. When our support team heads out to the farms, they’ll rely on you to make sure they have exactly what they need to succeed.

Operations & Logistics

• Master of inventory: From receiving shipments to conducting inventory audits, you keep our stock flowing smoothly.
• Get Technical: Assemble hardware kits, test connectors/cables, and perform basic electrical setups.
• Logistics Guru: Pack orders, coordinate with couriers, and manage the documentation that keeps our products moving across Thailand and beyond.
• Team Support: Act as the "pit crew" for our Support Team, prepping tools and parts for their field visits.
• Scale Up: Suggest better ways to work. We’re a startup—if you see a way to make a process faster or better, we want to hear it.

• Physically Active: Comfortable lifting parcels up to 20 kg and staying on your feet.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things, a missing cable or a mislabeled box doesn't get past you.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with wires, tools, and basic hardware assemblies.
• Communicator: Good written and spoken English to coordinate with our international team.
• Reliable: You take pride in high-quality work and never miss a deadline
• Willingness to occasionally travel within Thailand for support visits and events
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced startup - and not looking for a typical 9-to-5 corporate job
