## Tasks

*   Drive lead generation by reaching out to potential partners, craftsmen, and stakeholders
*   Build and manage relationships with craftsmen businesses and guide them through the onboarding process
*   Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring effective follow-up and communication
*   Assist in organizing sales efforts and campaigns, working closely with the founders to optimize our approach
*   Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads and monitor performance

*   A proactive and organized mindset with a passion for sales
*   Strong communication skills and a talent for building relationships
*   The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
*   Fluency in German
