Founder's Associate (GTM)

Remote (India)
Employee
Sales

The average B2B sales team runs 6-7 tools to do one job. Lead database, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, intent data, and a CRM that no one logs into. We replace all of that with one platform.

hubsell is Berlin-headquartered, founded 2016, profitable and growing. Reviewed at 4.8+ across G2, Capterra, and GetApp.

We're hiring a Founder's Associate (GTM) to work directly with our founder and help scale the case for replacing the fragmented outbound stack.

It's a generalist role for the first 6-12 months, after which, you specialise based on where you're strongest.

Tasks

You'll work directly with our founder across every part of go-to-market. Some weeks you'll be running outbound campaigns on hubsell itself. Other weeks you'll be writing posts, building case studies, or fixing pipeline reporting.

There's no narrow lane. The lane is whatever matters most that week.

What you'll actually do:

  • Run outbound campaigns on hubsell itself. Build the flow, write the copy, ship it. Not coordinate, not delegate.
  • Own public-facing content. LinkedIn posts (yours, the founder's, sometimes the company's), case studies, comparison pages.
  • Dig into HubSpot. Find what's broken in pipeline reporting and fix it. Run experiments and learn from the results.
  • Sit in customer calls, founder calls, and operations calls.
  • Feed product feedback from customer conversations back to the team.

Requirements

We're open on years of experience. We care about three things:

  1. You write clearly. Plain language, no filler. The first paragraph of your application will tell us a lot.
  2. You've taken something hard from start to finish, on your own. A side project, a startup, a consulting deliverable, work from a previous job. We care more about what you've actually done than where you did it.
  3. You can explain your own work. Why a campaign worked, why a number moved, why something failed. If you can only describe what you did but not why, this role will be frustrating.

A few practical things:

  • You're based in India and able to work remotely.
  • Your English is fluent/native-level in writing and speaking.
  • You have working knowledge of B2B sales, outbound, or GTM. Doesn't need to be deep yet, but you should know what a sequence is and why CAC matters.
  • You're curious about how the platform works under the hood, even if you're not technical.
  • The role is for 5 day a week engagement (Mon-Fri).
  • You're able to work with 6 hours overlap with German working hours time zone CET/CEST GMT+1/2.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary.
  • Fully remote work.
  • Direct line to the founder. No layers in between.
  • Mentorship from the founder. You'll learn how outbound, content, and GTM ops actually work, from someone running it daily.
  • Full range across GTM. You'll touch outbound, content, ops, and customer-facing activities.
  • Real work from day one. Customers and revenue exist. You're compounding, not starting from zero.
  • The Founder's Associate trajectory. After 6 months you'll know exactly what you want to specialise in, and you'll have the receipts to do it.

Application process:
In your cover letter, provide the following 5 things.

  1. What's a B2B outbound campaign you'd run for hubsell in your first 30 days?
  2. Your honest take on this listing. What's missing, what's off, what you'd push back on?
  3. Your LinkedIn profile.
  4. Your current and expected CTC (annual, in INR).
  5. Include the word EuroHunter somewhere in your cover letter.

If we don't see points 4 and 5 in the cover letter we will not be able to proceed with your application.

DO NOT USE AI TO WRITE YOUR COVER LETTER OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THE ROLE - IT WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION IF DISCOVERED, REGARDLESS OF THE STAGE OF THE PROCESS.
