Tasks
- Contacting potential customers via phone and email
- Identifying needs and booking meetings for our sales team
- Maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Contributing to achieving team goals and KPIs
Requirements
- Have 2-5 years of experience in meeting booking, sales, or related fields
- Focus on value creation rather than just the product, emphasizing the customer’s needs and benefits
- Be result-oriented and enjoy working towards targets
- Work independently and maintain a positive attitude
Languages:
- Fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
- English fluency is desirable
