We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in professional staffing sales. The ideal candidate is a true hunter, focused on acquiring new clients and expanding market share in the Professional, IT, Finance, and Engineering staffing space.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business with mid-market and enterprise clients (Fortune 1000).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (TA, Procurement, MSP leaders).
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as needed.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling Professional Staffing or Managed Services (MSP/RPO/VMS).
  • Proven success in new client acquisition and closing large accounts.
  • Strong network within the talent ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must reside in the United States
