We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests always enjoy high-quality food and drinks during their stay, while maintaining excellence in service, presentation, and efficiency.

- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations
 - Ensure smooth food and beverage service at all times
 - Train and lead the F&B team with confidence and clarity
 - Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service
 - Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
 - Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations
 - Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns
 - Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and service staff to enhance the guest experience
 
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in F&B management or hospitality
 - A strong leader who can manage teams and make quick decisions
 - Ability to explain processes, train staff, and handle guest interactions professionally
 - A keen eye for quality, presentation, and service standards
 - Proficient in computer systems and social networking tools like Telegram & WhatsApp
 - Fluent English and confident communication, and ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
 - A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
