Hostly is seeking a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to lead operations at Mala Boutique. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, driving sales performance, and maintaining the boutique’s high standards of quality and ambiance.
Tasks
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflows.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure store displays and merchandising meet brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to perform at their best.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and overall ambiance.
Requirements
We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Local knowledge of Zanzibar and Swahili/English fluency is a must
