Tasks
* Deliver mentorship sessions (group or 1-to-1)

* Provide feedback, evaluation, and structured direction
* Support participants in building portfolios and career-ready outcomes
* Contribute to program development and industry alignment
* (Optional) Participate in workshops, talks, or program design
Requirements
* Proven professional or academic experience in your field
* Strong ability to translate knowledge into practical, real-world applications
* Experience in mentoring, teaching, and leading.
* Ability to guide participants through structured programs and projects
* Strong communication and structured thinking skills
