**In the role of Product Manager you are the MVP in our team as you are looking to empower SMBs worldwide by creating the leading Compliance solution together with us.**

**You’ll work alongside an ambitious team that wants to reshape the world of Compliance by bringing ideas to life that customers love.**

## Tasks

*   **Developing a product strategy and roadmap that is coherent with heyData’s goal of building the leading-edge Compliance product**
*   **Lead and direct all necessary activities to build a customer-centric solution**
*   **Constantly monitoring and optimizing valuable key metrics to further improve our product**
*   **Planning and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to execute product strategies and enable seamless workflows**
*   **Build and lead a world-class team with 10+ people around you to further thrive for excellence in product building and management**

## Requirements

*   **The will to build heyData into the leading compliance SaaS startup**
*   **5+ years of relevant work experience in Product management**
*   **Proven track record of building products customers love (preferably in the B2B space)**
*   **First experience in leading and building a team**
*   **Strong analytical mindset combined with a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior**
*   **Great technical understanding united with a creative mindset for the look and feel of software products**
*   **Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)**
