Herrera Headhunters is recruiting a Senior Closer for a fast-growing international company looking for a complete sales professional — not just someone who takes calls, but someone who owns revenue.
This role is for a salesperson who can prospect, qualify, and close. Someone comfortable selling both to companies and individuals. Someone who doesn’t wait for deals — they create them.
Tasks
🚀 Your Mission
You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract.
Your responsibilities include:
- Generating your own pipeline (outbound, LinkedIn, email, partnerships)
- Managing inbound leads and converting them efficiently
- Running high-level discovery calls
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations
- Handling complex objections with confidence
- Negotiating and closing high-ticket deals
- Managing CRM and forecasting accurately
- Contributing to sales strategy and growth initiatives
This is a revenue-driving position with direct impact on company growth.
Requirements
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven closing experience
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
- Strong outbound and self-sourcing capability
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets
- High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell remotely via video calls
- Fluent in English (French is a strong plus)
