Position Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in Paid Media, particularly on LinkedIn, to join our fully remote team.

The ideal candidate is a performance-driven digital marketer with a proven track record in B2B lead generation, campaign execution, and paid media optimization. You will play a key role in driving qualified inbound leads to support our client acquisition and recruitment strategy.

Tâches

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage paid media campaigns with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads, and additional support across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube as needed.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads, focusing on cost-efficiency (CPL, ROAS) and conversion optimization.
  • Develop detailed audience targeting, segmentation, and ad messaging strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Execute regular A/B tests on creatives, copy, CTAs, and targeting to improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign results using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, and produce actionable reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with content, creative, and acquisition teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Stay up to date on platform changes (especially LinkedIn), paid media trends, and best practices in B2B digital marketing.

Compétences requises

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads (must-have).
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition strategies: funnel building, retargeting, bid strategies, audience segmentation.
  • Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets, interpret KPIs, and optimize performance accordingly.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and reliable in a fully remote working environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic action.
