**Lead & Elevate Performance –** Oversee a high-impact team of Account Managers & Success Coaches, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.  
**Develop High-Growth Strategies –** Create and implement customer retention, engagement, and cross-selling strategies that boost long-term partnerships and revenue.  
**Innovate & Optimize –** Continuously improve processes, refine account management strategies, and drive operational efficiency.  
**Mentor & Inspire –** Coach, train, and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and success**.**  
**Strengthen Key Relationships –** Be the face of the company to high-value clients, leading critical negotiations and ensuring strategic alignment.  
**Expand Global Impact –** Identify new opportunities to scale services and expand partnerships across international markets.

**✅ Bilingual Mastery (English & Spanish) –** Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to build trust with international clients.
