Senior Ruby Engineer (all genders) - remote EU

We are looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer (m/f/d) to boost one of our cross-functional teams to the next level.

• Take ownership of your tickets from inception to deployment
• Design and develop new features considering now and the future
• Write beautiful code, well tested and easy to maintain
• Peer review your colleagues' work
• Support the Team in reaching the Sprint goals
• Support Product and UX on defining the next features for the Platform
• Collaborate on the Backend Roadmap goals

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• You feel comfortable in a 100% English speaking environment
• You have strong experience in developing with Ruby on Rails
• You believe that testing is part of the development process and can’t be ignored
• You understand the business and product needs and to be able to develop pragmatic solutions that will scale over time
• You enjoy having technical discussions with your colleagues and collaborate defining the working conventions
• You are capable of learning from your errors and grow stronger
