Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on IT & Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our digital infrastructure and physical kitchen operations. You will be the backbone of our technical ecosystem, ensuring our AI-assisted systems and cloud platforms seamlessly support our mission of delivering high-quality "new age" food concepts.

1. IT, Cloud & Digital Ecosystem

• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructures, cloud-based systems, and digital operations for our virtual brands.
• Support the development and deployment of AI-assisted systems to refine order flow, dispatching, and routing logic.
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all digital platforms and internal tools.
• Coordinate system integrations with food delivery platforms to ensure operational reliability as we scale.

2. Operations Management (Technical & Kitchen)

• Support and manage technical and kitchen-related operational workflows.
• Ensure alignment between digital systems, operations, and food and beverage production.
• Making international food and beverage products as well as new-age food concepts.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.

3. Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Platforms Management & Support

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various delivery platforms.
• Coordinate promotions, menu updates, and pricing logic in real-time.
• Website development and management to ensure an efficient digital presence.

Candidate Profile

Educational Requirements

Completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognised European university of applied sciences in one of the following or a comparable field:

• Information Technology & Business
• Engineering
• Electronics and Business
• Computer Science

Professional Experience

• Experience in IT management, cloud systems, or digital operations
• Experience in operations management, in ghost kitchens, including food delivery, or logistics environments
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to real-world systems
• Familiarity with dispatching systems, routing logic, demand forecasting, or optimisation workflows
• Experience with digital marketing platforms or delivery marketplaces is beneficial
• E-Commerce Website / App design
• Experience in making international food and beverage, as well as new age food concepts
