(Senior) Product Manager - (f/m/d)

We have freshly raised €3.75m from 20VC, Stride and Base10. We start and grow craft businesses. We are the fastest growing operating system for this in DACH. You will have the opportunity to lay the structure for scaling in a small high-performing team from Berlin and will work directly with the the founder. Our ambition is to build handly into a generational business. We’re not playing to compete. Not to win. But to dominate the category we’re creating. First in Germany. Then Europe. Then globally.

As Senior Product Manager at handly, your mission is to translate deep customer understanding into product execution that drives both speed and scale. You’ll own the roadmap in close partnership with the CEO and engineering – leading fast iterations while shaping a product that helps craft entrepreneurs run their business effortlessly.

You’ll be the connective tissue between operations, tech and end-users – shipping features that create clarity, revenue and leverage.

• Own the roadmap: Translate company priorities into a clear and actionable product roadmap
• Drive discovery: Deeply understand user pain points, workflows and needs (e.g., Dachdecker teams) through research and ops immersion
• Scope features: Define lean but scalable specs for features like payments, VOIP, AI quoting, dashboards, debt collection, etc.
• Collaborate tightly with eng/design: Ensure high-output sprints with minimal waste and maximal learning
• Align with ops and GTM: Understand market realities and coordinate launches that support user onboarding and adoption
• Ship fast, iterate faster: Drive a weekly release mindset – test, measure, adapt
• Bring clarity to the team: Keep engineers, stakeholders and execs aligned on priorities, status and what “done” looks like
• Champion the user: Ensure every feature built truly solves a real problem, not just what was asked for

• You have 5+ years of product management experience where you delivered on a strategy you crafted and were accountable for the outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building 0-to-1 features with a bias for shipping: You know how to move fast with imperfect info and iterate toward the right outcome.
• Experience managing full product lifecycles - from vision to execution.
• Strong business acumen; you are very analytical, quantify the impact of business decisions, and can operate under uncertainty.
• Great team player with strong written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complex concepts into universally understood business narratives.
• Strong UX instinct and Technical fluency - you design intuitive flows and surfaces that simplify complexity for end-users and work closely with engineers to scope and unblock.
• Native German (C2); Fluent in English (C1)
