We’re growing, and need support in managing our social channels and thriving community of engaged Hack ambassadors.

## Tasks

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Community Manager Intern** to help us grow and energize our global network of climate innovators. **For 4 months**, you’ll help manage our social (Linkedin) and ambassador channels, explore new ways to increase engagement, and get a hands-on look at what it takes to build and support a thriving mission-driven community.

This is a perfect entry point for a **young professional who wants to get active in climate**, build community-building experience, and contribute directly to support climate innovators across the globe. 

Your responsibilities will include:

*   Helping manage and grow our **LinkedIn channels** (50,000+ followers)—from post scheduling to performance tracking.
*   Suggesting and testing **new formats** to drive engagement.
*   Supporting our **Slack community of 130+ ambassadors**—sharing updates, spotlighting wins, and keeping the vibe alive.
*   Monitoring analytics across social and community platforms and helping us learn what works (and what doesn’t).
*   Collaborating with the team on community campaigns around events, meetups, and editorial content.

## Requirements

**You’re probably a fit if:**

*   You’re passionate about climate and eager to contribute your skills to the space.
*   You’re creative and curious about what makes communities tick.
*   You’ve got a good instinct for tone and visual storytelling (bonus if you’ve run a social account before—even your own!).
*   You can write excellent and engaging copy.
*   You’re organized, responsive, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
*   You love engaging with people and aren’t afraid to try new formats to spark conversation.
