Job Description:

We are seeking an Enterprise Integration Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between IT, business units, and corporate IT teams. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation, support, integration, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with connected systems, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and financial planning tools.

Your focus will be on aligning technology solutions with business objectives to streamline operations, enhance production efficiency, and support end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead, and develop the ERP Business Process Champion Team, and co-manage the ERP Data Lead team.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with division and business unit leadership to understand and support strategic financial priorities and operations.
• Define and own future-state business processes that align with organizational and program goals, promoting standardization across global operations.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for process-related topics throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
• Ensure business process alignment with organizational standards and ERP methodology across all phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
• Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning systems.
• Lead ERP initiatives and collaborate with corporate IT ERP project teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives and consistent delivery of outcomes.
• Translate business and manufacturing processes into requirements for system configuration, including ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning tools.
• Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of ERP integrations with MES, PLM, and production financial planning systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• 7 years of experience in IT, with a focus on ERP implementation or enterprise systems integration in a manufacturing or engineering-focused environment.
• Experience in a business partner or liaison role between IT and business units.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong knowledge of MES, PLM, and financial planning tool integrations.
