We are looking for an experienced, creative and market-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to create impactful influencer marketing campaigns.

## Tasks

*   Manage relationships with influencers
*   Identify and approach new influencers through outreach and follow-ups
*   Negotiate with potential influencers
*   Develop a referral program for nano-influencers and loyal customers
*   Create compelling storytelling, offers, and USPs for initial collaborations
*   Allocate budgets strategically for influencer marketing
*   Present your top achievement in influencer marketing with data and KPIs

## Requirements

*   Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week
*   Fluent in English
*   Minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
*   Experience on markets like USA, UK, AUS (additional experience in EU markets, especially in IT, is a plus)
*   Friendly and open communication skills for effective influencer engagement
*   Ability to work independently and maintain organizational skills
*   Proactive, driven, and eager to learn and grow with the team.
