- Steer and track cross-departmental projects, keeping them accountable to their timelines
Organizational design
- Assess our organizational structure, spot capability gaps, and lead the work to close them
- Design and refine the internal processes, workflows, formats, and meeting rhythms that keep the company moving
- Prepare & steer internal leadership meetings, keep track of deliverables
- Support the build-out and optimization of processes, tools, and automation
- Improve cross-team collaboration and introduce new ways of working
Daily operations & project management
- Work closely with the C-level on delivering key priorities and operational topics in day-to-day business
- Take on high-visibility administrative and organizational special topics, stepping in with hands-on coordination when leadership needs it to unblock something important
Executive communication
- Prepare analyses, presentations, decision papers, and management reporting for leadership
- Organize and follow up on management meetings, workshops, and steering sessions

- Structured, self-driven, and pragmatic way of working, with a steep learning curve and strong follow-through
- A natural ability to build and maintain relationships and anticipate needs and challenges as well as thinking ahead
