Looking for an Independent Working Cook I

We are a Chinese-Indonesian restaurant, Golden Dynasty, and are looking for an Independent Chef I to strengthen our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us! You will assist with preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen team. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team, and you feel responsible for a clean and organized kitchen. Our restaurant is located at Terborgseweg 57, 7001GN Doetinchem. • Selecting, preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• Carrying out interim checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments where necessary
• Ensure consistent quality and hygiene
• Monitor the work of auxiliary staff and correct where necessary.
• Keeping track of stocks, ordering ingredients and checking deliveries
• Daily cleaning of the working environment, kitchen equipment and workstations
• Reporting technical defects and solving simple malfunctions
• Provides input regarding the composition and changes of menus, map and methods. - You take independent initiative and act solution-oriented

• MBO-3 work/thinking level (If you do not meet the requirements, apply anyway!)
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques .
