## Tasks

Our aspiration is to eliminate the WHYs and make more time for the “let’s do its”! As the Digital Strategist at COMO you are at the forefront of shaping how in-house Data and Social Media come together. This combination, with a pinch of COMO’s secret sauce, attracts the most well-known brands from all over the world to be your clients and listen carefully to whatever you have to say.

Together with your future team, consisting of Data enthusiasts and Social Media Experts, we will help our clients to reveal the unknown.**Key Responsibilities**

**_Planning, Execution and Management of Social Analytics projects_**

Project Setup

*   Timeline definition to ensure that all milestones are being planned realistically
*   Internal and external stakeholder selection to ensure to have the most productive team on board including team capacity planning
*   Effectively briefing the project team so that project building blocks are delivered and aggregated on time

Project Execution:

*   Together with the Data Scientist, you are the main point of contact for the executing analytics team and the vital link between all internal stakeholders
*   Ongoing client and partner communication
*   Constantly hunt for efficiency potential within the processes
*   Bringing in your own expertise by connecting the dots between data, client needs and overall market trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations
*   Project controlling, to make sure that all deliverables are provided in time and with the expected quality

Project Delivery:

*   Final read-oud with the team and the client

**_Conception of data-driven Marketing Strategies_**

*   Development and execution of Digital Marketing Transformation projects together with partners from top-tier consultancies
*   Data-driven conception of holistic (cross-platform) marketing strategies for national and international clients from different industries based on their goals including status quo analysis of the client’s current (online) marketing activities (incl. competitor analysis)

**_Mentoring_**

*   Prioritization and delegation of tasks to 2-3 managers and up to 3 interns
*   Contact person for personal and professional development of your team members

## Requirements

**Your profile**

*   You have several years of professional experience in the digital/social media marketing space from a brand, agency or consulting perspective and are an expert in at least one of the following areas, but have a strong affinity towards all of them:
*   Digital/social media marketing (including paid media)
*   Influencer marketing
*   Content management
*   Affiliate marketing (affiliate channel strategy)
*   You love to work with numbers and data and have advanced experience in Excel/Google Sheets and first experiences with Metabase, Tableau or other BI tools are a plus.
*   Data-driven “naive” - you approach each new project with an open mind and remain curious about what the data shows
*   Experience in leading a team is not a must, but a plus!
*   You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
