Global Aviation Co. (GAC) is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our commercial aircraft parts business across North America.
You will be directly involved in revenue-generating activity, working daily with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and internal sales leadership. High performers have a clear and defined path to Outside Sales / Account Management.
Tasks
What you will do
- Prepare and manage high-volume RFQs and quotations
- Liaise directly with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead times
- Support Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer base
- Manage follow-ups, order flow, and customer communication end-to-end
- Work in a fast-paced aftermarket environment where accuracy and speed matter
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- Interest in commercial aviation and long-term career growth in sales
Tools & systems
- Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is important)
- Outlook, Teams, ERP systems (Quantum Control experience is a plus)

- Base salary: $50,000–$70,000, depending on experience
