Glartek, a VC-backed company founded in 2017, is a global leader of EHS Augmented and Connected Worker solutions for the Asset-Intensive and Manufacturing industries and our mission is to increase the efficiency and safety of shop floor procedures performed by humans, related to operations, safety, quality, production and training. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, reporting directly to the CEO and working in close collaboration with the product and customer teams. This intense and demanding role will require you to lead sales activities, from the definition of strategy plan, all the way up to the deal negotiation and closing. You will be involved in direct and channel-based fast-paced and large international opportunities, with complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders involved. Last but not least, you will be empowered and accountable for a wide range of initiatives, which will give you the opportunity to own your career path and shape the future of Glartek.
Tasks
- Create valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Help optimize SEO and SEM through keyword research and content updates.
- Support the creation of marketing materials (product brochures, datasheets, presentations, and case studies).
- Oversee and approve online and print marketing material, from website banners and videos to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Help write and proofread press releases, newsletters, and email marketing content.
- Help plan and coordinate industry trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
- Manage event logistics, including booth materials, giveaways, and follow-up communications.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and potential leads.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Interest in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Technology-savvy with curiosity for new technologies
- Proven and effective collaboration skills
- Strong analytical, reasoning and organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills to easily communicate key messages
- Customer relationship management knowledge
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English
- Available to travel: 5 to 10% of the time
- No previous working experience required
