About Us
Joy_ was born from a simple idea: gifting should be easy and bring real joy—without guessing sizes, colors, or ending up with unsuitable products. That’s why we created the first universal gift card that allows recipients to choose any physical product online. This is made possible by our own AI agent technology, which finds products, compares prices, places orders, and initiates delivery.
We are a fast-growing tech startup based in Berlin, currently building the infrastructure for the future of gifting and shopping.
We presented our vision on the Christmas episode of Die Höhle der Löwen, where we secured a deal with Janna Ensthaler. We have recently announced our €1.25 million seed round with IBB Ventures, Angel Invest, the Swiss Founders Fund, and other partners to further expand our platform. Our gift cards will soon be available in around 2,000 stores including MediaMarkt, Saturn, and selected Edeka locations, and our international team continues to grow.
To ensure that the entire gifting experience remains magical and seamless for our customers, we are looking for you to join our Customer Support team.
Your Role
As a working student in Customer Support, you will be the voice of Joy_. You will support our customers in a friendly, fast, and solution-oriented way, helping ensure that both gift givers and recipients have a smooth and joyful experience. At the same time, you’ll gain exciting insights into the operations of a tech startup and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.
